We rent apartments for short stays in Milan to those travelling for work, study or pleasure, even just for one night. Our HOUSE is as COLOURFUL as its apartments: RossoDiSera, BluOltremare, GialloLimone (Via Bellezza 17 - CIN: IT015146C273V94638) and NeroSuBianco (Corso di Porta Vigentina 18 - CIN: IT015146C23R2W38SO). Each apartment is independent, has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and its own distinct personality, welcoming you into a cheerful, colourful environment with a focus on hygiene, cleanliness and sustainability. During your stay with us, you will enjoy complete independence, but we will remain available for any needs you may have, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We want your stay to be perfect: when you are our guest you will live in complete autonomy, but we will be at your disposal for all your needs.

- no parties/events
- no undeclared guests
- yes to respect the peace and quiet from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
- check in from 3 p.m.
- check out by 10 a.m.
